Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Location: Bangkok (Near Asok BTS/MRT)

Job Duration: Full Time

Salary: TBD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain long term relationship with existing accounts by ensuring on time & quality delivery.
Work closely with the client to identify & obtain qualified Job requirements.
Promote and build relationships with existing/prospective clients, resources.
Good negotiation skills is required
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment – A Strong Performer
Ability to demonstrate work experience on full recruiting life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)
Manage required documentation related to various tasks.
Initiate New Client acquisition by adopting ethical market tapping strategies & by promoting company offerings.

Requirements

Required Qualification:

2-5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Client Communication/ Management, Account Management
Recruitment/ Staffing Industry experience is added advantage.
IT Knowledge/ Experience is added advantage.
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Must be service minded and willing to learn.
Must be able to (speak/read/write) well in English and Thai.
