หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
- ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากข้อมูลมีความผิดพลาดหรือขาดหาย
- ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ พขร.
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดแต่ละครั้ง จัดทำเพื่อให้ พขร. เห็นภาพรวมของกิจกรรมการวางบิลทั้งหมด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบิลที่ พขร. ส่งกลับมาให้
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบิลที่ พขร. ส่งกลับมาให้
คุณสมบัติ:
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ : 1 - 2 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชี และการเงิน
- เข้าใจขั้นตอนการวางบิลและการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoicing Process)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบเอกสารและตัวเลข
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่, ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
