- Research, collect, and analyze land and market data to identify new business opportunities and potential development sites.
- Conduct feasibility studies, including market research, competitor analysis, massing studies, and financial feasibility analysis, in close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Design teams.
- Propose product concepts and development strategies that align with market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Assess legal, regulatory, and business risks to ensure project compliance and minimize development risks from the early stages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to transform ideas into successful property developments that create new value in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Architecture, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate Development, Project Feasibility, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of real estate development processes, including market studies, massing concepts, legal constraints, and financial fundamentals.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analyses and project concepts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
