- Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and maximise revenue growth
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to win new business
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Participating in the development of the company's overall sales and marketing plans
- Substantial experience in new business development, preferably within the real estate or construction industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
