Senior SEO Specialist / Lead SEO

• Responsible for managing SEO projects end-to-end
• Manage the team and develop strategies to ensure client success
• Develop SEO strategies in the AI search landscape
• Ensure SEO quality standards are met across all projects
• Participate in monthly client meetings and communicate promptly with clients throughout the project
• Analyze data using relevant tools to improve performance and optimize for conversions
• In charge of SEO planning and ensure all tasks are implemented as expected
• Solve ad-hoc or urgent issues effectively
• Update website content and optimize for technical SEO issues
• Proficient in core SEO tasks, including on-page, off-page, keyword research, search intent analysis, site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals, strategy, and execution
• Able to manage projects with a high-level overview while remaining detail-oriented to ensure smooth execution
• Manage SEO timelines and define key success factors for each project
• Provide clear SEO recommendations and documentation for internal and client teams
• Create monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
• Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues efficiently
• Create and share SEO knowledge content for clients

• At least 3-5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
• Strong mathematical and logical skills for data analysis
• Familiar with SEO tools such as Google Search Console (GSC), GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and Python is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond promptly to issues
• Ability to work in a structured, proactive manner

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
