Responsibilities

Role & Job Description:

Responsible to support online enquiries receive from Agent Partners.
Responsible for activities such as managing products through their entire lifecycle, marketing new products, suggesting improvements, strategizing and internal communication.
Revolves around market research and helping the relevant teams in coming up with extensive sales techniques.
Work with the management and other relevant teams in developing plans to increase revenue through products and services.
Measure the effectiveness of the strategies and the plans made by different divisions for a product.
Evaluate the pricing strategies i.e. profit-sharing percentage, additional incentive bonus & etc for our Agent Partners for the product.
Analyze the customer feedback collected by the relevant teams and then use it for the benefit of the company.
Assist in the launching of new products and help different divisions with expertise and knowledge.
Maintain complete documentation of all the products and their specifications.
Devising or assisting in selecting the proper channels of distribution.
Performing product demonstrations for the team and other stakeholders.
Attending business meetings regarding sales & marketing.
Identifying new market opportunities and providing leads to the relevant teams.
Maintain a good and proactive relationship with Institution Partners, Agent Partners & other relevant Stakeholders.
Identify potential Institution Partners in the region and negotiate to obtain the Agent Representative Agreements.
Conduct regular training to provide up to date product knowledge to our Agent Partners.
Participate in marketing events and public presentations as required.
Assisting Social Media Manager in content creation to use it on company social media accounts and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & more).
Assisting Social Media Manager in creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

Require Qualification/Experience:

Background in market research, sales or business management.
Candidates must possess a comprehensive background including all three areas: market research, sales, and business management. Analytical Skills - Must be able to understand large amounts of data and information.
Communication Skills - Must have strong communication skills when gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting results to clients.
Critical-thinking Skills - To determine what marketing strategy would work best for a company, a Product Specialist should analyze every possible scenario and think logically.
Detail-Oriented - To focus on every little and trivial detail because they are often required to do precise data analysis of the differentiated product lines.
Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Must have minimum of 3 years working experience within the international student placement industry.
Be truly self-motivate and hungry for success.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Be passionate and engaging with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to travel interstate or overseas upon request.
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Bachelor's degree qualification is required for this position.
