The company provides turnkey media tech solutions to retailers, property owners, and out-of-home advertising companies in the region. We offer SaaS-based cloud technologies to allow for the broadcasting of digital media in public spaces. Digital content is uploaded and monitored through a web-based interface and is broadcasted to screens and speakers across customer locations.
We are a startup with big ambitions and are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to Digital Signage, Music streaming, and LED installations, and help our customers install the applications.
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring Digital Signage hardware, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals. You may also need to visit clients to resolve issues on-site.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering. Experience in Digital Signage and AV products is a plus. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with technical issues, and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be a person our customer's trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
