• Oversee commercial activities and be responsible for SPVi retail businesses, namely iStudio, U-Store, AIS, and Mobi.
• Develop the commercial strategy across brand portfolio, across sales channels and retailers/accounts in achieving business objectives.
• Drive and implement commercial strategy, to achieve sales and market share growth with business partners.
• Champion the channel internally and externally, challenge ideas and drive change through account insight, analysis, initiative, and a problem-solving approach.
• Accountable for full budget and P&L management, and ensuring we deliver improved profitability and return on investment.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Training teams to orchestrate business proficiently.
• Sales leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive commercial success and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business, development etc.).
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
• Sales Management: Manage sales teams, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for commercial activities, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, R&D, and finance to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks, develop contingency plans, and adapt strategies as needed.
• Lead and develop sales managers and subordinates to drive business success.
