Responsibilities

- ดูแลสินค้าประเภท สินค้าเคมีอุตสาหกรรม น้ำยายับยั้งเชื้อรา,ผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาด ,สารลดฟอง,สีย้อมไม้คุณภาพสูง

- วางแผนการขาย / นำเสนอสินค้า

- ทดลองสินค้า / ติดตามผล

- สร้างยอดขายให้ได้เป้าหมาย / แก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า

- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืนกับลูกค้าเก่าและลูกค้าใหม่

- เข้าใจและคาดการณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมนำเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของพวกเขา

- แนะนำ, นำเสนอ และขายผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเน้นถึงประโยชน์และการใช้งาน

- นำการเจรจาเพื่อปิดการขายให้มีกำไรและสร้างยอดขายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

- ให้บริการหลังการขายที่ยอดเยี่ยมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้าพึงพอใจและแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว

- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ พร้อมช่วยขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของบริษัท

- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเทคนิคและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในการให้บริการที่ราบรื่น

- แก้ปัญหาลูกค้าเชิงรุกด้วยทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ยืดหยุ่น

- จัดทำแผนงานรายสัปดาห์, รายงานการเข้าพบลูกค้า, รายงานการทดลอง และรายงานผลการขายประจำเดือนให้กับผู้จัดการ

Requirements

- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการตลาด, เคมี,บริหารธุรกิจ, วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในงานขาย โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีภัณฑ์หรือสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ยอดเยี่ยม

- มีทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่ดีเยี่ยมและการให้บริการลูกค้า

- ความสามารถในการจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน

- มีทัศนคติเชิงรุกในการแก้ปัญหาและการทำงานเป็นทีม

- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายได้ดี

- มีใบขับขี่และสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าภายในประเทศได้
