Responsibilities

• Prepare specification sheets and design support machinery to improve assembly quality and efficiency.

• Design and improve production lines to meet required cycle time, including workload balancing to reduce production loss.

• Design jigs, fixtures, and special tools using CAD software for engine assembly, including new models.

• Propose and implement new technologies, machinery, and automation to improve production processes and reduce costs.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors and machine makers to ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with safety standards.

• Develop master plans and detailed project plans, and coordinate with internal departments to monitor project progress.

• Analyze and resolve assembly quality and process issues, such as torque errors or incorrect part installation.

• Prepare and maintain production and quality documentation, including SOP, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 requirements.

Requirements

Age between 22–24 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field, such as Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum GPA of 2.50
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
