Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit quotations for aircraft parts, components, and related services, and follow up on customer responses
• Communicate with operators, MROs, suppliers, and partners to understand technical and operational requirements
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the aviation industry
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation products, certifications, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer records
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings as required
