- Monitor production plan and product plan in order to achieve customer On Time Delivery.
- Screen out non-standard inquiry and Product Inquiry, collect minimum content of specifications and drawings.
- Co-ordinate with R&D and Production department on the product part to ensure OC having capability and determine the production process step.
- Take care customers and receive complaints regarding sales and service
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in International business, Economic, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in Export Sales, Sales Engineer, International Marketing or related fields.
- Able to handle customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Good Communication and Presentation skill.
- Good communication and presentation skill both of Thai and English.
- Excellent communication in English (if you have TOEIC,TOEFL will be advantage)
- If you can communicate in Chinese
- Able to operate MS office for communication and presentation product or project.
- Good knowledge of ISO/ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 or any related field.
