- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparing ingredients for daily operations.
- Oversee food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure it meets kitchen standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Manage inventory levels, check ingredient quality, and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
- Develop new seasonal menu items and calculate food cost per dish.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to follow recipes and food preparation standards.
- Report kitchen operations and issues directly to the Head Chef.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Thai cuisine.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, patient, and able to handle unexpected problems effectively.
- Capable of training and guiding new staff members.
- Able to perform assigned tasks efficiently as directed by the Head Chef.

บีวายดี ออโต้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2565 ตั้งอยู่ที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมดับบลิวเอชเอ ระยอง 36 บนที่ดินกว่า 600 ไร่ ซึ่งเป็นโรงงานใหม่ที่ดำเนินการผลิตยานยนต์พลังงานใหม่ชนิดรถยนต์ที่นั่งส่วนบุคคล มีกำลังการผลิตสูงสุด 150,000 คันต่อปี และนอกจากจะผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยแล้ว โรงงานยังผลิตเพื่อส่งออกไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ในกลุ่มอาเชียนและยุโรปด้วย
