- Manage local private cloud and container platforms, providing reliable IT operation and maintenance support for business departments.
- Plan, design, and implement local virtualization and container platforms to meet enterprise business requirements.
- Support business system deployment, daily operation, and maintenance management.
- Manage system go-live, maintenance, and change processes; monitor and troubleshoot system issues; conduct performance analysis to ensure stable business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, improve monitoring, and enhance system efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proficient in English or Chinese
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Familiar with virtualization and cloud frameworks such as KVM, Xen, and OpenStack.
- Skilled in Linux Shell scripting and proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java).
- Experience in Docker container cluster deployment and maintenance; familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Dubbo frameworks; experience with microservices development is a plus.
- Knowledge of caching and message middleware technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka with real project experience.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and automation tools such as Puppet, SaltStack, or Ansible.
- Experience using open-source O&M platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Capable of writing automation or maintenance scripts to streamline IT operations.
