The Role
The Marketing Manager at Napha is responsible for driving brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue through clear, consistent, and well-executed marketing across all channels.
This role is hands-on. It’s not about big ideas with no execution. It’s about planning, coordinating, publishing, tracking results, and constantly improving.
You will work closely with operations, chefs, mall teams, external partners, and content/agency support to ensure Napha is always visible, relevant, and performing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
● Build and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals
● Plan promotions, chef takeovers, seasonal menus, and campaigns
● Align marketing activities with mall calendars and key trading periods
● Ensure consistency across all Napha locations
2. Content & Social Media Management
● Oversee all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google)
● Plan content calendars (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
● Coordinate photoshoots, onsite shooting, and content creation
● Ensure all content follows Napha’s brand guidelines and tone of voice
● Work with agencies or in-house support to publish on time
3. Performance Marketing & Visibility
● Coordinate Meta Ads and Google Ads (with specialists or agencies)
● Monitor basic performance: reach, engagement, bookings, walk-ins
● Optimize campaigns based on what actually drives customers
● Support influencer collaborations and KOL visits
4. CRM, Reviews & Loyalty
● Manage review platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.)
● Coordinate responses and reputation management
● Support Line OA messaging and loyalty initiatives
● Drive repeat visits through smart, non-spammy communication
5. Reporting & Accountability
● Prepare monthly marketing reports for management
● Track campaign performance and promotion results
● Highlight what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve
● Work closely with operations to connect marketing with sales results
