Responsibilities
- Study and understand customer requirements, then design and propose appropriate technical solutions for solar energy systems.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales process to assist in closing deals (Pre-Sales / Technical Closing).
- Offer ongoing technical advice and customer support to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and expertise in new technologies through training programs and professional certifications.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and system demonstrations for customers, both onsite and online, to ensure clear understanding of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with sales, technical support, and after-sales service teams to ensure solutions are properly designed and delivered according to customer requirements.
- Perform technical tasks with attention to detail as a subject matter expert, and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
- Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers to deliver accurate information and build confidence in the company’s products and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written, at a fair working level.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar cell systems.
