Key Account Officer
Cartrack Technologies (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Being the internal champion of identified key accounts
- Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key Accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our current key customers to ensure unit growth in our client accounts
- Communicate with Key Accounts clients at least once a week
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and billing inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
- Resolve customers’ enquiries or issues upon escalation from all channels and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.
- Ensure quality customer service and maintaining good phone etiquette
- Continually improves knowledge of company services and products
- Ensure timely and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly management report
- •Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
- Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.
- Initiative for problem solving.
- Good personality and good follow up.
