• Oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure office operating smoothly
• Support procurement of non-inventory related items such as office supplies, marketing items, etc.
• Manage letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Responsible for business trip and hotel reservation including fight & car booking
• Ensure the workplace conforms to internal guidelines and policies.
• Support and organizing events and meetings internally and externally
