เรากำลังมองหาเพื่อนร่วมทีมที่มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานประสานงานได้ดี เพื่อสนับสนุนทีมงานฝ่ายส่งออก (Export Division) ที่ดูแลลูกค้าต่างประเทศโดยตรง
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำและจัดการเอกสารส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง (Shipper/Shipping Company) สำหรับการจองเรือและจัดส่งสินค้า
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับโรงงานเพื่อวางแผนตารางการโหลดและการขนส่ง
• ติดตามสถานะการส่งออก และรายงานความคืบหน้าให้กับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลข้อมูลการส่งออกให้เป็นระบบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สนับสนุนทีมขายต่างประเทศในด้านเอกสารและงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุ 25-40 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ม.ปลาย, ปวช., ปวส. หรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์หรือความเข้าใจในงานส่งออก หรือ Shipping จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และการสื่อสารที่ดี
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้งานใหม่ ๆ
• หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
