IT Support

1. Provide technical support to customers on SAP Business One, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

2. Manage and maintain server, network, and cloud infrastructure to ensure system stability and security.

3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers.

4. Perform maintenance and updates for Windows Server, Linux Server, and databases (SQL Server, HANA, MySQL).

5. Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and assist clients in cloud migration and integration.

6. Work closely with developers and SAP consultants to diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP Business One.

7. Provide IT solutions consulting and assist in designing network infrastructure based on client requirements.

8. Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT infrastructure guidelines.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration.

3. Strong understanding of SAP Business One and experience in user support (preferred).

4. Knowledge of server management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

5. Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server administration.

6. Familiarity with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA, and MySQL.

7. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, VLAN).

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.

9. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified, or SAP Certification are a plus.
