Responsibilities

ปริญญาตรีด้านการออกแบบกราฟิกหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ความชำนาญใน Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ฯลฯ)
ความเข้าใจที่แข็งแกร่งเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดการออกแบบดิจิทัลและสิ่งพิมพ์ โดยเฉพาะในการพิมพ์เสื้อผ้าและสิ่งทอ
ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบไฟล์ เช่น PSD, TIFF, AI, PNG, JPEG, PDF และอื่นๆ
ประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบสำหรับแคมเปญการตลาด รวมถึงโซเชียลมีเดียและสิ่งพิมพ์
สามารถใช้ Canva สำหรับการออกแบบง่ายๆ หรือการสร้างวัสดุการตลาดอย่างรวดเร็ว
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และใส่ใจรายละเอียด

Refine and prepare customer artwork files (AW) for custom apparel to meet our printing requirements and standards.
Create engaging content for banners (digital and print), social media posts, blog graphics, email campaigns, and product catalogs.
Organize files for use in print production (DTF, DTG, etc.) and place artwork on patterns ready for manufacturing.
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure design consistency, timely delivery, and adaptability to customer requests.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all creative aligns with the company’s brand mood & tone.
Manage design file formats such as PSD, TIFF, AI, PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc., with a clear understanding of production processes.
Use Canva for simple designs and quick marketing material creation when needed.
Stay updated with design trends and industry developments to propose creative solutions and innovations relevant to our target audience.
Troubleshoot design- and file-related issues during production to ensure the highest quality results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital and print design requirements, especially for garment and textile printing.
Knowledge of file formats such as PSD, TIFF, AI, PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc.
Experience in designing for marketing campaigns, including social media and print.
Ability to use Canva for quick designs or marketing materials.
Creativity and strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Ownership and accountability for personal work, with strong teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of garment printing processes (DTF, DTG) is a plus
