Oversee the organization’s quality assurance system through trend analysis, system performance review, team guidance, method improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
1. QA System : Quality System Assurance
- Manage and maintain quality and certification systems (BRCGS / ISO9001 / GHP).
- Oversee document control, internal audits, and CAR/NC corrective and preventive actions.
- Customer Support : complaint management, quality-related documents.
- Supplier quality evaluation.
2. QA Product : Product Quality Assurance
- Analyze product quality data and defect trends.
- Supervise product quality inspection and laboratory analysis.
- Oversee product release, validation/verification, and COA issuance.
3. QA Process : Process Quality Assurance
- Analyze process quality trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans / Control Plans.
- Oversee Process Validation/Verification and GMP / Sanitation / Pest Control programs.
