Responsibilities

รับสมัคร 6 ตำแหน่ง

1) Technician (งาน Set up CNC แกนหมุนแนวตั้ง) 1 ตำแหน่ง

2) Technician (งาน Operation CNC แกนหมุนแนวตั้ง) 2 ตำแหน่ง

3) Technician (งาน Set up CNC แกนหมุนแนวนอน) 1 ตำแหน่ง

4) Technician (งาน Operation CNC แกนหมุนแนวนอน) 2 ตำแหน่ง

(งาน Set up)

1. ตั้งค่าฟิกซ์เจอร์ โปรแกรมเครื่องมือ และค่าชดเชยเครื่องมือ (Tool Offsets) และค่าตำแหน่งงาน (Work Offsets) ตามคู่มือการตั้งเครื่อง (Mill Setup Book) และเอกสารขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน (Operational Method Sheets - OMS)

2. เริ่มต้นและสังเกตการทำงานของเครื่องจักร เพื่อตรวจจับความผิดปกติหรือการกลึงที่อยู่นอกค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน และปรับค่าควบคุมเครื่องจักรตามความจำเป็น

3. ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานหรือช่างเครื่องระดับต้น ตามความจำเป็น

4. ตรวจสอบและเปลี่ยนเครื่องมือตัด (Cutting Tools) ในเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ตามความจำเป็น

5. สามารถแยกแยะปัญหาที่เกิดจากเครื่องจักร กับปัญหาที่เกิดจากเครื่องมือตัดหรือการจับยึดชิ้นงาน และแจ้งหัวหน้าหรือผู้ควบคุมงานทันที

6. ตั้งค่าเครื่องมือตัดและวัดความยาว เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง และสมดุลของเครื่องมือ โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสม

7. สามารถใช้งานระบบควบคุมการจัดตารางการทำงานของเครื่องจักร (FMS) ตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารการทำงาน

(งาน Operation)

1. ติดตั้งวัสดุลงบนฟิกซ์เจอร์ ตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือการตั้งเครื่อง (Set up book)

2. อ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบพิมพ์เขียว คำแนะนำการใช้เครื่องมือ และแผนภูมิมาตรฐาน เพื่อปฏิบัติงานตามข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ (มีคำแนะนำประกอบ)

3. ตรวจสอบและวัดขนาดชิ้นงาน เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพตามแผนภูมิการควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตเชิงสถิติ (SPC)

4. ปฏิบัติงานให้ได้ตามเวลามาตรฐานของงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และแจ้งหัวหน้าหรือผู้ควบคุมงานทันทีเมื่อไม่สามารถทำได้

Requirements

1) วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวช. หรือ ปวส. ขึ้นไป

2) มีประสบการณ์ 1-5 ปีในการควบคุมและปฏิบัติงานเครื่องจักร CNC Machining Center

3) มีความรู้พื้นฐานทั้งในด้านทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการอ่านแบบทางวิศวกรรม และการกำหนดขนาดและความคลาดเคลื่อนทางเรขาคณิต (GD&T)

4) สามารถตีความเอกสาร เช่น กฎความปลอดภัย คู่มือการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษา และคู่มือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานได้
