2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound call center, or sales-related roles (fintech or financial services experience is a plus).
3. Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
4. Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a KPI-based environment.
5. Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling objections and rejections.
6. Experience with CRM and call center tools (Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller, or similar) is preferred.
7. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
