OPTIBELT Power Transmission (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- To play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
- To liaise with customers on incoming queries & online requirement from Customer.
- To liaise with intergroup companies.
- To handle claims received from customer.
- To process import-export operations and criteria on materials
- To issued Invoice, coordinate with warehouse, Sales & Customer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- At least 2 Years of experience about Customer Service & Import Export.
- A passion for Social Networking. Internet player who have clearly understanding on advertising/marketing communication/social media concept.
- Ability to work as an integrated part of the team, managing issues as they arise and fostering enthusiasm across the company.
- Great communication skills with well-organized & structured.
- Handle multiple tasks, switch priorities and focus as needed.
- Good command of Thai and English
- Have skill in Communicate and negotiate.
- Have a service mind.
