• Develop, implement, review, and maintain quality documentation such as Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Establish and manage an effective Document Control System, ensuring all documents are properly registered, reviewed, distributed, and archived
• Coordinate the preparation and readiness of documents for Internal and External ISO audits
• Follow up on audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions with relevant departments
• Prepare quality reports and submit regular updates to top management regarding QMS performance
• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HR, and HSE departments to ensure process alignment with ISO standards
• Provide training and support to internal teams regarding quality procedures and ISO awareness
• Maintain systematic filing and control of quality-related documents for each project (e.g., ITPs, checklists, NCRs, CAR/PARs)
• Coordinate with external consultants and certification bodies for surveillance and re-certification audits
