• Supervise and manage the administration team to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee general administrative activities including office management, document control, asset and inventory management, and company utilities.
• Manage procurement and vendor management processes—source suppliers, negotiate contracts, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with vendor for Visa, Work Permit and BOI support operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by top management.
