-Responsible for organizing the implementation of internal audits and special audits of the factory quality system: formulate the audit plan, organize the audit team, conduct the audit, prepare and issue audit reports, ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of the audit plan.
-Responsible for organizing and carrying out pre-audit work for third-party quality management system certification according to the audit plan: formulate the implementation plan, coordinate resources and personnel during the audit process, and ensure smooth execution.
-Follow up on the implementation of quality objectives and assurance measures; assist the factory in formulating improvement actions for substandard projects and track the execution to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
-Provide process improvement guidance for new bases, supervise the daily operation of the system at each base, issue timely warnings and assist with improvements for any abnormalities, ensure the effective operation of the system, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience in quality management, system management, and information safety management is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
