Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external teams, including KOLs, actors, and event venues ,to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage daily administrative documents such as sales forms, invoices, billing records, and other required paperwork.
Monitor project progress, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and promptly communicate any changes or updates.
Handle reimbursement and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the accounting department.
Verify and manage office supply orders and procurement activities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
