Role Description
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to support both Sales and Marketing execution. This role requires a balance of creative vision and business acumen—someone who understands how strong branding can drive engagement, conversion, and long-term growth.
In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our Business Director to lead initiatives across both sales and marketing. From campaign development to influencer partnerships and cross-functional execution, you’ll play a key role in turning brand strategies into measurable results that support growth and revenue.
It’s a fast-paced, collaborative role for someone who’s hands-on, adaptable, and excited to help shape a brand with both heart and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve brand identity, messaging, and key campaigns across all platforms.
- Build brand plans that connect with our core audience and support short- and long-term growth.
- Ensure all communications and touchpoints stay aligned with brand values and product direction.
- Campaign Management & Content Creation
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns—from concept to launch.
- Oversee content creation across digital, social, paid media, and CRM.
- Brief creative teams to deliver high-impact visuals, assets, and messaging.
KOL & Influencer Collaboration
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators.
- Develop collaboration strategies that fit brand image and market trends.
- Monitor content delivery, performance, and audience engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, telesales, and e-commerce teams to align plans and calendars.
- Support launches, promotions, and channel-specific initiatives with targeted messaging and assets.
- Coordinate with product and R&D for insights, roadmap alignment, and content support.
Market Insight & Optimization
- Analyze performance across campaigns and channels to identify wins, gaps, and next steps.
- Stay updated on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Use data to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing impact.
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies.
