• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Conduct variance analysis between budget, previous year, and actual results
• Lead and coordinate annual budget preparation and financial planning
• Supervise and develop the accounting team to maintain high performance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting regulations
• Prepare accurate financial reports for management, auditors, and tax authorities
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost analysis
• Oversee accounting systems and drive process improvements
• Communicate financial information in English (Intermediate level acceptable)
