Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
1. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
2. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
3. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
4. Generating High-Quality Sales leads, Follow up after initial contact, securing and reviewing order, negotiating prices,
completing sales
5. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
6. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
7. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
8. Understand our customers' needs and requirements and continue to build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by
working closely with them
9. Manage and expand our existing customer
10. Active management of Customer Relationships through execution best practices
11. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Based on Engineering 
  • Strong understanding of skills and processes required to manage services projects
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency
  • Education Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field
  • Experience More than 7 years of working experience
  • Age At least 35 years old

Special Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Well English Communication in both written and spoken.
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Able to travel up country
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
