1. Responsible for daily management, safekeeping, and organization of the construction site materials.
2. Establish and maintain material management records, including material inventory ledgers and in/outbound record.
3. Accurately record the arrival, storage, issuance, and return of construction materials and equipment.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with ledger records in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and construction teams to support material supply and usage on site.
6. Assist in supervising material usage to prevent loss, damage, or misuse.
Skill
1. Able to establish and manage material ledgers clearly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
2. Basic computer skills; proficient in Excel or similar tools for inventory and ledger management.
3. Good communication and coordination skills; able to work closely with site teams and suppliers.
