- Conducting in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Negotiating competitive compensation packages and managing the offer process
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as atrusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Strong networking and sourcing skills to identify top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

- Strong negotiation and client management capabilities
