● Take on a main role in coordinating with clients and sales team to identify customer needs aligned with business goals to deliver valuable products that meet customer expectations
● Manage and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including testing and evaluation of product quality
● Understanding in product development, details and specification and manufacturing processes
● Knowledge and hands-on experience in lighting system design
● Oversee technical specifications and pricing, and liaise with the sales team on providing sales and technical support
● Collect and analyze data to define strategic direction and be able to develop product strategy and roadmaps
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain point, trends and opportunities
● Provide technical support in products to clients
● Ensure safety standards and regulations
● Visit clients and vendors with Sales team to assist and support in product information and specification, technical proposals, submittals, and tenders
● Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
