Workforce Management Associate (Bangna KM.23)
Shopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Initiate and lead warehouse operation excellence projects. Project scope related but not limited to productivity improvement, cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and customer experience improvement.
- Design sustainable operation processes through process engineering, modeling, and optimization.
- Interface with regional product team (mainly WMS) to review or raise system enhancement requests. Also responsible for new features roll-out and implementation.
- Plan and set up operation processes for new business launching and business expansion. Responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs to targets.
- Interface with regional operations team on a regional initiative roll-out.
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary.
- Able to adapt to dynamic business directions and startup culture.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
- Experience in project management in warehouse operation will be advantage
- Ability to communicate in English is a must. (E-mail and conversation)
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel & SQL
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
