Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
Experience in machinery installation, site supervision, or project management will be an advantage
Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant parties
Willingness to work on-site and travel to upcountry or overseas when required
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use engineering-related software
Good command of spoken and written English
Completed military service
