Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree

18,000 - 25,000 baht/month + Commission

Responsibilities

* Develop and expand offline retail channels in Thailand, including mobile shops, IT malls, and retail chains

* Identify and develop B2B customers, such as corporate gifting and customized product orders

* Manage and follow up on sales negotiations, order execution, and payment collection

* Provide regular reports on channel performance, customer feedback, and market insights

* Coordinate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery

Requirements

* Age between 25 and 35 years

* Experience in electronics, mobile accessories, or FMCG channels is an advantage

* Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills

* Result-oriented mindset and willingness to work with performance-based compensation

Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary: 18,000 – 25,000 THB / month

* Commission: Based on actual collected revenue only

* Commission rate: 2% – 4% (depending on margin and payment terms)

* No commission for unpaid or uncollected orders

* Commission payout: Paid in the following month after revenue collection

* Probation period: 3 months
