Warehouse Administrator (Location in Samut Prakan Workshop)

• Register part IDs for new parts in the warehouse system.
• Check parts and raw materials for production use and manage stock cuts.
• Monitor stock levels for projects, identify shortages, and coordinate with Sales-Co. for replacements and purchasing.
• Upload files to the warehouse system and booking parts for project deliveries.
• Issue picking lists and verify the accuracy of product delivery sheets for the preparation section.
• Control the location and movement of parts within the warehouse system.
• Coordinate with Sales Co and Accounting to prepare export documents.
• Liaise with Accounting regarding stock usage and remaining stock.
• Prepare documents and reports for annual parts stock checks.
• Provide support for other tasks and coordinating within the department.

• Thai national, male or female, aged 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
• Adherence to workplace rules and procedures.

Working location: Bangpriang Project, Samut Prakan
