Logistic Officer (Based in Rayong)

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal departments.
• Prepare, verify, and control logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and import/export documentation.
• Track shipment status, handle operational issues, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Control and monitor logistics and transportation costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare logistics reports and support other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Basic knowledge of transportation processes, warehouse operations, or import/export procedures will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, well-organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
