To supports day-to-day human resources operations, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement activities.
Recruitment
- Support job posting on various recruitment channels.
- Assist in sourcing candidates by searching and contacting potential talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist in conducting interviews.
- Assist with job offer and coordination of compensation and benefits details.
- Coordinate with business units and provide basic HR support related to recruitment and training activities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist employees by providing basic information about company benefits, welfare, and HR policies.
- Support the update and communication of company rules and regulations.
- Assist in onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth joining experience.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in internal communications related to HR activities and initiatives.
