Logistics Engineer (Import Order Control)
Thai Yamaha Motor Co.,Ltd.- Production and delivery control, Monitor production activity and analyze data to make Flow and Material meet production requirement.
- Adjust schedule to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortage.
- Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests based on production plan/ delivery schedule.
- Evaluate production specification and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing process and calculate machine and operator loads to meet establish production specification and schedule volume, cost wastage target and quality standards.
- Production control advisor by supervise activity of team collect and analyze data, estimate resource requirements, revise production/ delivery schedule.
- Improve operation standard to design work instruction base on project implementation plan from manager to complete job as agreement, get feedback result from operator, identify impact of activity to report, adjust minor change work instruction to comply with requirement and purpose.
- Improve production control system (Minimize error, reduce complaint, reduce operation time) Identify problem level and conduct session for develop complex solution and coordinate with Parent and affiliate company to get support.
- Bachelor of Engineering in any field, Production Engineering, Logistics Engineering.
- GPAX. over 2.75
- Good command of English (TOEIC Minimum 600)
- Knowledgeable in Tax system, FTA AFTA.
- Proficient in computer literacy MS office such as Excel, or Power BI.
