Basic Salary Range: 70,000 – 120,000 THB
Job Description:
• Identify and analyze the current and future training needs for employees
• Draw an individualized training and development plan
• Design training programs for the company by using new tools to improve training courses
• Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity as well as preparing the evaluation in writing, with the suggestion for overall improvement
• Act as a trainer for some in-house courses
• Training budget management
• Explore opportunities for ongoing development
• Develop evaluation procedures
• Conduct orientation sessions
• Develop and organize training manuals and other educational materials
• Develop new training programs
• Deploy various training methods
