• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil Engineer or Construction Management
• 5-8 + years’ experience in commercial real estate, ideally with a property management company.
• Extensive knowledge of renovation, tenant improvement and property operations.
• Knowledge of architectural / engineering systems and components, and building and life safety codes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
