Basic Salary Range: 350,000 THB ++
Job Description:
• Identify market trends and new tenants opportunities
• Responsible for new tenants/ client acquisition
• Responsible for new investment decision making based on feasibility study and financial analysis, conducted by BD team
• Manage BD team by using sales strategy, sales networking and others
• Develop and implement business growth plans, business expansions
• Project management
• Analyze and review financial performance in order to prepare presentation and monthly report for submission to Top Management Team
• Build strong relationship with new tenants, partners and other related parties
