Fixed Assets Management
• Manage and maintain fixed asset registers for all business units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform physical asset inspections and verifications at manufacturing or plant locations.
• Record and update cycle count results in SAP, including reconciliation of variances with system data.
Payroll Operations
• Execute end-to-end payroll processes for local and expatriate employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile withholding tax (WHT) with accounting records and the general ledger.
• Ensure all payroll-related tax submissions, including monthly and annual filings (e.g., PND1), are completed accurately and on schedule.
Audit and Regulatory Compliance
• Compile and provide payroll documentation such as payroll registers, headcount reports, and supporting schedules for quarterly statutory audits.
• Prepare audit schedules covering director remuneration, payroll expenses, capital expenditures, and withholding tax.
• Act as a key contact point for external auditors, responding to inquiries and supplying additional information as needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Finance, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes and internal control frameworks.
