• Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users, covering hardware, software, network, and CCTV systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other related devices.
• Perform basic hardware repairs, part replacements, and initial issue diagnosis, including coordination with external vendors for warranty or outsourced repairs.
• Install, configure, and support operating systems, internal applications, and standard software such as Microsoft Office 365, ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
• Monitor and resolve basic network connectivity issues involving switches, routers, access points, LAN cabling, and internet connections, and coordinate with network teams, ISPs, or vendors when required.
• Install, configure, replace, and provide basic troubleshooting for CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR, and network connections.
• Record, track, and report IT issues and resolutions through tickets, logs, or reports, and perform all duties in accordance with the client’s IT and security policies.
