Job Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day website operations, content updates, and functional improvements to ensure optimal performance and user experience. This position serves as the key coordinator between internal teams, e-commerce agencies, and technical partners, overseeing CMS management, promotions, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. The role also supports website enhancement projects, UAT testing, and post-deployment validation to ensure stable, efficient, and business-aligned website operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Operations & Content Management
- Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements.
- Manage CMS content, navigation, promotions, and email marketing setup based on marketing plans.
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily website activities with internal teams and e-commerce agencies.
Website Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key website KPIs including traffic, conversions, site speed, and error logs.
- Identify performance issues and work with technical team to improve performance and stability.
- Prepare regular website performance analysis and issue reports for stakeholders.
Troubleshooting & Issue Coordination
- Act as first-line support to identify, diagnose, fix where possible, and escalate website or technical issues.
- Validate fixes and coordinate with developers, IT teams, vendors, or agencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Track issues and changes to minimize business impact.
Feature Enhancement & UAT Support
- Support website enhancement projects, including requirements clarification, documentation, and coordination.
- Execute and coordinate UAT testing, test scenarios, and validation of fixes prior to deployment.
- Support deployment activities and post-release validation to ensure changes are implemented correctly.
