Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver projects in accordance with defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Lead end-to-end project implementation, particularly projects related to SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HR).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors.
Define project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, project budgets, cost breakdown structures, risk registers, and progress reports.
Estimate, monitor, and control project costs to ensure spending remains within the approved budget and aligned with project objectives.
Track project expenses, vendor costs, and resource utilization, and report cost status and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, cost variances, and changes related to SAP implementation or enhancement.
Ensure proper integration between SAP and other business systems or processes.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, user requirement sessions, and SAP testing activities (UAT).
Oversee system configuration, data migration, system testing, and go-live activities for SAP projects.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, project management standards, budget controls, and governance.
Communicate project status, milestones, cost performance, and issues clearly to management and stakeholders.
Support change management activities, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project costs and business processes through SAP solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in SAP-related projects.
Proven experience in managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HR/HCM, or S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Experience working with cross-functional teams, SAP consultants, system integrators, and vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with SAP testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live support is an advantage.
Familiarity with change management and business process improvement related to SAP systems.
Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
