Responsibilities

Deliver system infrastructure services for multiple customer projects, including design, implementation, migration, and post-implementation support for Servers, Storage, and related infrastructure components.
Plan, install, configure, and maintain system infrastructure according to project scope and requirements.
Manage and support Virtualization and Container platforms (e.g. VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) across environments, both on-premises and cloud/hybrid.
Support Infrastructure Software such as Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), middleware, and supporting services, ensuring performance, stability, and security in customer systems.
Design, implement, and support Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery solutions in alignment with customer SLA, RTO, and RPO requirements.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability during project delivery and warranty/support periods; identify risks and proactively recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure issues across multiple customer sites.
Work closely with Project Managers, Pre-Sales, internal teams, vendors, and customer technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure customer infrastructure complies with security best practices, including system hardening, access control, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Provide knowledge transfer, technical handover, and operational guidance to customer technical teams at the end of projects.
Support customer system incidents during project or support periods, including on-call or after-hours support when required by project commitments.
Continuously develop technical expertise and stay up to date with new infrastructure technologies to support customer environments and future projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in System Engineering / Infrastructure Support (ยืดหยุ่นได้สำหรับ Junior–Senior).
Hands-on experience with System Infrastructure, including Servers, Storage, and Data Center environments.
Experience with Virtualization and Container technologies such as VMware, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server and/or Linux).
Experience with Infrastructure Software and Middleware (e.g. Web Server, Application Server, Database is a plus)
Knowledge of Backup, Recovery, and High Availability solutions.
Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Firewall, Load Balancer) is an advantage.
Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Good documentation skills and experience creating SOPs or technical documents.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing IT environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Able to provide on-call or after-hours support when required.
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps tools is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g. VMware, Microsoft, Linux, Cloud Certifications) are an advantage.
